Strategic Management Plan: Beyond Meat
Translating strategic analysis into boardroom-ready insights through data, design, and collaboration.
As part of the capstone for MGT 405: Strategic Management, I worked with a small consulting team to develop a five-year strategic plan for Beyond Meat. Framed as a pitch to company leadership, our challenge was to identify the firm’s core issues, conduct internal and external analyses, and deliver actionable recommendations tailored to the brand’s mission and market position.
Our team identified stagnating growth and escalating losses as central concerns, despite Beyond Meat’s rapid revenue expansion. We proposed a profitability-focused strategy combining cost containment, R&D investment, and supply chain integration. I led the design and structure of the final presentation, aligning it with Beyond Meat’s brand identity and delivering it in a polished, boardroom-style format.
Why It Matters
This project exemplified my ability to synthesize complex financial and market data, apply business frameworks, and translate insight into compelling strategy. It also demonstrated my strength in brand-aligned communications—ensuring substance and style worked in tandem to engage and persuade.
